Hey folks,

We hope you're keeping safe and well out there as these restrictions drag on and on and on and on.

Our SPO was a tad weary this morning and we only just made it ino the studio to get the show underway at 6am

Mick joined us for his Sport & Stuff segment at 7:30 qwith special guest John King who is the head coach of the men's senior team at the Sherbrooke Suns Basketball Club

Just after 8am we had a good chat with David Nugent from Heavy M.E.T.A.L Group about the programs provided to support men to overcome anger and behavioural issues to trn the tide of domestic violence inflicted upon women, children and families.  It's been a trying year for most of us and the pandemic has unfortuantely seen a rise in cases of domestic violence.

If you would like to seek help to address the causes of damage to loved ones as a consequence of your behaviour, get in touch with David at Heavy M.E.T.A.L Group on 0401 766 877 or check out their website HERE

It's up to each and every one of us to turn the tide on domestic violence.

We do hope you enjoy the program.

We'll be back next week for our first Come Together | right now 2020 Radiothon show featuring a heap of local tunes and some old favourites.  Please join us from 6am and if you can support 3MDR by becoming a SUBSCRIBER and help the station stay on the airwaves for another 12 months we'd love to hear from you.

Stay safe and keep well

Cheers for the ears
