If at anytime you have questioned yourself whether the way you handle things could be improved or just that there must be a better way of living for you and your family you should have already done this program. Good thing is, it’s never too late to change!

I would strongly encourage you to do this. Look at it from behaviour change point of view if anger management does not sit comfortable.
I seriously recommend it! As someone who cane from a family where a short fuse was vital and communication skills did not exist, I found it it extremely helpful in understanding how hurtful it can be to my family without being physically violent. It has certainly the best thing I have done to get in touch with my self.

Believe in yourself! It takes guts to admit you have a problem.

He has more controlled and is less angry and sensitive to things I might say, He does not bite back a easily. His coping mechanisms are a lot better.
He manages his anger. He talks to me about his feelings, which helps him to stay level headed.
We had tried everything before this program; my husband had seen counsellors, psychologists, doctors and nothing worked. He went to another program which was a lot closer to where we lived and was half the price but after 5 weeks he was complaining how boring it was and how he wasn’t getting anything out of it.
I was a bit rushed last night filling in the response forms and I feel I probably did not express myself well enough. Firstly a big thankyou to you and Coby for the whole process, but especially for the role playing, I am hopeful that you can come and get your cameras out of my house: the role playing was a very close to the bone experience.
Hi Dave, It has been many years since I did your course and saw you on ABC tonight. In those days I was seeing my kids every second weekend and was struggling with anger.
