David provides a counselling service for individual’s couples and teenagers. Either face to face, telephone or by Skype.
What should you expect from a counselling session?
Counselling sessions are generally one hour in duration and primarily focus on:
- Gaining an understanding of the difficulties you may be facing in your life
- Supporting you in making the changes needed to improve your personal or relationship challenges
- Helping you in working towards better psychological wellbeing, relationships and family life.
Counselling can assist you to gain a clearer understanding of whatever problem you have, and identify appropriate strategies or options for you to consider. Counsellors do not give advice, but help you to explore alternatives so that you can make the best possible decisions for yourself. They aim to be independent, good listeners, and do not blame or pass judgement.
When you attend counselling, you can expect a professional, responsive and respectful service.
He is available to see you Monday afternoons at Cranbourne or Tuesday to Friday afternoons at Narre Warren. If you live to far away you can book a telephone session with him.
